Our jukeboxes are high-quality modern reproductions, carefully designed to capture the look, character and nostalgia of authentic vintage jukeboxes. They combine classic styling with modern technology, reliability and convenience, giving you the best of both worlds.

How much does a jukebox cost?

Our jukeboxes start at around $12,000, with pricing varying depending on        the model, finish, features and customization options. We offer a range of        jukeboxes to suit different styles and preferences. 

Do you offer financing?

            We do not currently offer financing options.

Do you buy used jukeboxes?

We may be interested in purchasing used jukeboxes, depending on the make, model, condition and other factors. If you have a jukebox you’re looking to sell, please contact us with some details and photos, and we’d be happy to discuss it with you

Are your jukeboxes tested before sale?

Yes. Each jukebox is carefully unpackaged and inspected before being repackaged for delivery. This allows us to ensure everything is in order before your jukebox leaves us and reaches your home or business.

Do your jukeboxes come with a warranty?

Yes. Our jukeboxes come with a one-year warranty. For personal or home use, the one-year warranty covers the jukebox against manufacturing or mechanical issues under normal use. Commercial warranties are slightly different, but also provide one year of coverage. Because commercial jukeboxes are used in public environments, the warranty does not cover damage caused by spills, misuse, vandalism or other accidental damage.

What happens if my jukebox arrives damaged?

We take great care when preparing and packaging every jukebox for delivery. If your jukebox arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and any damage to the jukebox.

We’ll work with you to assess the damage and determine the best solution, whether that involves repair, replacement of damaged components, or another appropriate resolution. We’re here to make sure your jukebox arrives safely and you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

Are there additional delivery or installation fees?

Standard delivery and installation do not have additional fees. Our jukeboxes are shipped via LTL freight, arriving fully assembled and ready to enjoy with your own records or CD's.

Standard delivery is to your home or property but does not include bringing the jukebox inside. The jukebox is shipped on a 48-inch-wide pallet, which can be wider than many standard doorways. Once delivered, the unit can be easily lifted off the pallet by two people and moved inside using a standard dolly.

If you require white-glove delivery, which includes bringing the jukebox inside your property, additional fees may apply. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss white-glove delivery options.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery starts at $650 for customers in the contiguous 48 states. Delivery pricing may vary depending on your location and the specific delivery requirements.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days within the contiguous United States once your jukebox has been shipped. We’ll provide you with delivery information so you can prepare for its arrival.

What electrical outlet does a jukebox require?

Our jukeboxes use a standard grounded U.S. electrical outlet, so no special electrical installation is required. Simply plug your jukebox into a suitable grounded outlet and enjoy.

How much does a jukebox weigh?

Our jukeboxes are substantial, solidly built machines and weigh over 340 lbs, depending on the model and configuration. 

Does the jukebox support Bluetooth?

Yes. Our jukeboxes feature Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to easily stream music wirelessly. 

Can I use USB or an auxiliary connection?

Connectivity options can vary depending on the jukebox model. Many of our modern jukeboxes offer additional audio connection options alongside Bluetooth. Contact us with the model you’re interested in and we can confirm the available connections.

Can a jukebox be connected to a home sound system?

Yes, depending on the jukebox model. Some models can be connected to an existing home sound system or external speakers using the appropriate audio connections. If you’re looking to integrate a jukebox with your existing sound system, contact us with the model you’re considering, and we can help you determine what options are available.

Is a jukebox difficult to operate?

Not at all. Our jukeboxes are designed to be easy and enjoyable to use. Simply select your music, sit back and enjoy. Modern features such as Bluetooth also make it easy to stream music directly from your phone or other compatible devices.

Can I control the volume?

Yes. The volume can be easily adjusted to your preferred listening level.

Can I use headphones with a jukebox?

Yes. Depending on the model, our jukeboxes can accommodate additional audio equipment such as headphones or a microphone. If you have a specific setup in mind, contact us and we can confirm compatibility for the jukebox you’re interested in.

Can I put a jukebox in my bar or restaurant?

Absolutely. Our jukeboxes make a great addition to bars, restaurants and other commercial spaces. Commercial installations have a different warranty than residential purchases, while still providing one year of warranty coverage. 

Can a jukebox accept coins or payments?

Yes. Certain jukebox models can be set up to accept coins or payments, making them suitable for commercial environments such as bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. They can also be configured for free play, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the music without inserting coins.

How is a jukebox packaged for shipping?

Our jukeboxes are carefully packaged and shipped via LTL freight. Each unit is delivered fully assembled and securely packaged on a shipping pallet to help protect it during transportation.

Because of the size and weight of the jukebox, the pallet is approximately 48 inches wide. Standard LTL delivery includes delivery to your property but does not include bringing the jukebox inside. White-glove inside delivery is available for an additional fee.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location. We ship our jukeboxes via LTL freight, and we’ll provide delivery information once your order has shipped.

Can you ship internationally?

Please contact us with your location and the jukebox you’re interested in, and we can discuss international shipping options and costs.

Can I return a jukebox?

Because our jukeboxes are large, heavy and carefully prepared for shipping, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before making a purchase if you have any questions about our return policy or after-sales support.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our jukeboxes come with a 12-month warranty. Warranty terms may vary depending on whether the jukebox is purchased for residential or commercial use.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 12-month warranty covers mechanical components and defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by spills, misuse, accidents or other external damage. Commercial installations may have additional warranty conditions due to the nature of public use.

Can I get technical support over the phone?

Yes. We provide technical support by phone, with a technician available at our warehouse in Illinois to help troubleshoot issues and answer questions about your jukebox.

Do you provide setup instructions?

Yes. Every jukebox comes with a Welcome Box that includes setup instructions and helpful information to get you started. Our jukeboxes arrive fully assembled, so setup is straightforward.

Do I need a license to operate a jukebox commercially?

Yes. If you plan to operate a jukebox commercially in a bar, restaurant or other public venue, you may need the appropriate jukebox licensing or music performance licenses. Requirements can vary depending on your location and how the jukebox is being used.

We recommend checking with the appropriate licensing organizations and local authorities to make sure your business has the required licenses before operating the jukebox commercially.

Unlike an original vintage jukebox, our machines are newly manufactured, giving you the classic look and feel of a vintage jukebox with modern reliability, features and sound. We also provide personal service and technical support from our Illinois warehouse, so you have a knowledgeable team available before and after your purchase.
